Our goal is to make you feel as at ease as possible in your own home during the final months or weeks of your life.
We collaborate with you and your family to tailor a care plan to your specific needs and preferences, while remaining adaptable and ready to flex as needed.

With training and experience, our Palliative Care Assistants are to:

• Improve your quality of life
• Prevent and relieve any suffering
• Treat any pain with medication support
• Offer physical or emotional support
• Help with relaxation
• Offer a support system to help you live as actively as possible
